Cancellation policy

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

All course bookings and purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law or where we cancel the course.

If you choose to cancel your booking, you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.

However, course bookings may be rescheduled to an alternative date where you provide at least 7 days’ written notice before the scheduled course start date. All rescheduling requests are subject to course availability.

Requests made with less than 7 days’ notice may not be eligible for rescheduling and may require a new booking fee or deposit at our discretion.

Our training courses are sold as one-time bookings unless explicitly stated otherwise. No recurring or subscription payments are taken.
