Refund policy

1. General Policy

All course bookings, deposits, and booking fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or where we cancel the course.

Payments secure your place on a specific course date and are not refundable for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal circumstances

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Failure to attend

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

2. Rescheduling – 7 Days’ Notice

You may reschedule your course to another date if you provide at least 7 days’ written notice before your course start date.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

3. Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice (Illness or Emergency)

If you cannot attend due to illness, medical treatment, or unforeseeable circumstances and provide less than 48 hours’ notice:

  • You may request transfer to a future course date (subject to approval and availability)

  • A new booking fee or deposit will be required to secure the new date

We reserve the right to request reasonable supporting evidence.

4. If Full Payment Has Already Been Made

If you have paid in full and cannot attend with less than 48 hours’ notice:

  • Your booking may be transferred to a future date

  • A new booking fee or deposit will still be required

Original payments are non-refundable.

5. Failure to Attend

Failure to attend without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation.
Any rebooking will be at our discretion and may require a new deposit or full new booking.

6. If We Cancel

If we cancel a course, you will be offered:

  • A transfer to another date, or

  • A full refund
